Every order is sent worldwide by letter post via Deutsche Post. Raipa Studio Talisman Mail is always sent on the last day of the month, originals where possible 2-3 days after ordering. Shipping is free worldwide for all orders.
What should I do if my mail has not arrived?
If something does not arrive, please write to me at hello@raipastudio.com and and I'll be happy to help.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The letters are sent from Germany and usually take no longer than 7 days within the EU. Outside the EU, it depends on the destination country. If the letter has not arrived after 3 weeks, please contact me at hello@raipastudio.com and I will be happy to help you.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
